Before the divorce is final my husband passed away I didn't go to court but one time and it was over custody of the dogs we do not have any children he had assets he had savings bonds he had land and property he had cars and houses and he had inheritance I want to know what my rights are in Texas and how do I go about getting this information and which is the right divorce attorney or a family law attorney because his sister is trying to come in and take everything but we're still married because it never went through and he passed away so in the state of Texas I'm still legally widowed
