Robinson & Henry is pleased to announce it is recognized in the inaugural 2024 U.S. News & World Report Best Companies to Work For Rankings among law firms.

This recognition signifies a landmark achievement for R&H, underscoring its unwavering commitment to fostering a thriving and supportive work environment. Guided by core values and a dedication to employee satisfaction, the firm has cultivated a culture that empowers its team to excel both professionally and personally.

The firm's inclusion amongst top-performing organizations reinforces its dedication to fostering an environment that prioritizes employee well-being and professional development.

U.S. News & World Report conducted an objective, data-driven analysis of law firms on six factors that are important to employee wellbeing and job satisfaction:

  • Quality of pay and benefits

  • Work/life balance and flexibility

  • Job and company stability

  • Physical and psychological comfort

  • Belongingness and esteem

  • Career opportunities and professional development

To determine the companies included in the rankings, U.S. News & World Report partnered with three external organizations to provide the data for its evaluation of law firms as employers. Those organizations include: Revelio Labs, ESG Book, and Leopard Solutions. The organizations obtained their data from publicly available sources including company websites, court records, and employee disclosures on Glassdoor and LinkedIn.

This announcement promises to solidify R&H’s position as a leader in fostering a workplace that prioritizes both legal excellence and employee well-being. The firm remains dedicated to transparency and welcomes an open dialogue around its commitment to creating a work environment that fosters both individual and collective achievement.
