CHILD SUPPORT WORKSHEET COMPONENTS

FIRST – EACH PARTY’S INCOME

SECOND – NUMBER OF OVERNIGHTS WITH CHILDREN

If the parties have 50/50 parenting time, each party will have approximately 182.5 overnights with the minor children.

THIRD – HEALTH INSURANCE

Which ever party pays for the children’s health insurance will get credit for this on the child support worksheet.

FOURTH – DAYCARE

If a party has daycare expenses for the children due to their work or their school, they will get credit for paying this childcare on a child support worksheet.
