This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position for a true professional who values autonomy and excellence. You’ll join a busy, supportive team of three attorneys (2 Partners, 1 Associate) alongside another experienced paralegal. What You’ll Do
Manage a High-Volume Caseload:
Drive an active family law docket forward with confidence and minimal oversight.
Draft & File Legal Documents:
Prepare and file pleadings, financial disclosures, and discovery requests accurately and efficiently.
Client & Counsel Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact, communicating directly with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
Case Preparation & Organization:
Maintain precise case records, meet all court deadlines, and organize matters for mediation, hearings, and trial.
Collaborative Support:
Partner closely with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently to resolution.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
5+ years of Colorado family law experience is preferred. Supporting multiple attorneys in a busy practice is ideal.
Legal Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules.
Drive & Autonomy:
A self-motivated professional who can work independently, manage shifting priorities, and take full ownership of their work.
Core Skills:
Exceptional drafting, organization, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.

$52.91 – $57.69 per hour, plus annual bonuses up to approximately $11,000.
