Lindsay Sparr is an accomplished senior paralegal with the firm’s landlord and eviction practice. With more than a decade of civil litigation experience, Lindsay ensures clients’ needs are met at every stage of their case.
Before joining R&H, Lindsay built her expertise in Colorado landlord-tenant law by focusing on collections and post-judgment enforcement. She has prepared court dockets, filed lawsuits and garnishments, and e-filed creditor claims for bankruptcy attorneys. As a legal department manager with her previous firm, Lindsay supervised and trained on-site and offshore paralegals and legal assistants, oversaw e-filing with the courts, and built electronic import systems and templates to streamline claim processing.
Lindsay is also a commissioned Colorado Notary Public. She has served as a liaison between attorneys and clients throughout her career, keeping clients informed as their matters progress. She takes charge of each case, making sure deadlines are met, and matters stay organized and moving on the back end.
