Daniel Lang is a seasoned litigator and partner in the firm's Litigation practice. Drawing on more than a decade of courtroom experience, Daniel takes a solutions-focused approach to his clients’ disputes, keeping their goals in mind at every stage.
Prior to joining R&H, Daniel spent four years as a Deputy Judicial Clerk III to the Honorable Stacy Wallace on the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, where he drafted legal opinions and facilitated hearing preparations. That firsthand view of how courts weigh and decide cases followed years spent as a founding partner in a wide-ranging civil practice where he represented homeowners, businesses, and families in rural communities. Through his private practice, he was also appointed guardian ad litem in private custody cases and served as Special Solicitor to McKean County Children and Youth Services, reviewing child abuse investigations and representing the agency in expunction hearings.
He began his legal career as a Skadden Fellow at Community Legal Aid Society in Wilmington, Delaware, where he advocated for children with disabilities to receive support outside the juvenile justice system.
With an undergraduate degree in land surveying, Daniel brings a practical edge to real estate disputes involving easements, encroachments, boundary lines, adverse possession, and development matters.
