Austin Leighty is a seasoned litigator on Robinson & Henry’s Family Law Team, representing clients through divorce, custody disputes, and other high-stakes family law matters. Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Austin served as a prosecutor for more than a decade. He was a lead trial attorney in the Denver District Attorney’s office, where he prosecuted more than 60 jury trials. In one case, he helped a domestic violence survivor escape with their children under witness protection and obtained a conviction for the habitual abuser.
