Will questions

My grandma died 6 years ago. she had originally had her will set to split everything 5 ways. Her son and his wife got her to change the wording 3 days before she died leaving out everyone but her son and my mother however it was worded that it it was ever contested my mom got nothing. 6 years later she still has recieved nothing anyways so i want to learn about contestment rights. From my understanding it was a very sizeable eststa.

It sounds like you may have a case that should be evaluated. I would suggest speaking with an attorney to discuss your options. Given how long it has been, it is critical to speak with a lawyer as soon as possible as the there are limitations to how long you can bring claims. You can schedule an assessment with an attorney online 24/7 by going to go.oncehub.com/rhbooknow or calling us at 303-688-0944.
