question iconMy grandma died 6 years ago. she had originally had her will set to split everything 5 ways. Her son and his wife got her to change the wording 3 days before she died leaving out everyone but her son and my mother however it was worded that it it was ever contested my mom got nothing. 6 years later she still has recieved nothing anyways so i want to learn about contestment rights. From my understanding it was a very sizeable eststa.
