My wife recently received a denial letter from her companies Insurance company for the 5 weeks she currently has had off due to a newly diagnosed mental illness. The denial letter stated that because when she attended the doctors she was not dishevelled and was neatly dressed. How is this a grounds for denial, it hasn’t changed her diagnosis, and now the extra stress of trying to live off one wage is causing more anguish and exasperating her condition further.
