What makes this an illegal act from a Seller’s perspective?
Rule E-13 (Sign Crossing) is a rule which the Colo Real Estate Commission can hold a licensee responsible for not violating. If the Seller does not hold a Real Estate Broker's license he or she should not be concerned with this rule.
