We have a roommate living here who has not helped with rent for two months. How do we go about evicting her? We rent so not sure if we need to get the landlord involved.
You likely have a Sub-Tenant. As such if you have asked her to leave and she has not then you'll need to proceed through the eviction process. The first step is to provide legally sufficient notice.
