I signed a contract to sell a home. I never received the earnest money that is clearly stated in the contract that is due me, am I still obligated to sell the house to this individual or may I sell it to someone else?

Generally, because you did not receive the promised earnest money you have the right to declare the Buyer in breach and thus declare the contract void. We always recommend speaking with one of our real estate attorneys prior to making decisions. Just call 303-688-0944 or schedule online at robandhen.wpengine.com/locations
