We have a member of the HOA that does not own a condo in our community -despite the requirement on the by – laws that to serve you must be a Homeowner in good standing, she is not a homeowner. We are not receiving our Audit CPA statements despite a few of us asking for them. It is required on our by-laws. And finally they are trying to by pass the 2/3 of owners majority to increase due, however they are trying to get a simple majority from those attending annual meeting to approve the budget that assumes an increase in our due. Finally, they are wanting to “update” the by-laws, again disregarding the proper methods. Please help us. I am contacting you on behalf of two homeowners, but potential many more. Notices, are not sent on time, and they do not include all the information needed. We have not have a meeting for 8 months despite asking to hold meeting outside with social distancing and masks by many homeowners.
