It is not unusual for an HOA Board to simply cease to function or for a Property Manager to become the defacto Board. That does not mean that there is nothing you can do. However, we need to cover a lot of ground and this is most efficiently covered in a conversation rather than in online response. As such I recommend that you schedule a Free Case Assessment with one of our attorneys. You can schedule a free case assessment 24/7 by calling 303-688-0944 or online at https://calendly.com/case-assessment/case-assessment. At your appointment, we'll meet by phone or video (Zoom), we'll discuss your HOA, desired results, rights, remedies, the law, the process, timeline, how we can help, costs, etc.
