question iconI have a tenant who is currently on a month to month rental agreement. In my lease it states 30 days notice for changes in tenancy. I am researching the state statutes and what does a month to month fall under? Is it 21 days notice for month to month? She has been living on my property under a month to month rental agreement since 2019.

With the COVID rules all notices are currently no less than 30 days via the Governor's order. That will change soon. If you would like assistance we have an eviction team who can help. Evictions are currently very complicated. You can schedule a case assessment 24/7 by calling 303-688-0944 or online at https://calendly.com/case-assessment/case-assessment. At your appointment, we'll meet by phone or video (Zoom), we'll discuss your lease, concerns, desired results, rights, remedies, the law, the process, timeline, how we can help, costs, etc.
