Moved into apartment. Downstairs people smoke pot. I’m allergic to it. Now we have to pay to break lease. In lease it states no illegal drug use . Marijuana is a legal drug . My question is should apartments start that they allow marijuana use??
It would be nice if the Landlord noticed you RE his allowance of MJ. The issue for you is did the LL's breach his duty to you WRT ensuring that he delivered to you a habitable residence? And, are you interested in spending your time, money, and effort in bringing a lawsuit against your landlord to enforce your rights?
