I'm fighting an HOA summons. They claim I'm late on assessments, fees, etc. I claim this is a new management group, and they never notified me of the assessment. It used to be quarterly, then they changed it to annual. I've talked with their attorney and he suggested I write an email stating my case and he would forward it. I did just that, now he's filed a summons. Per their covenants they are required to sent me a statement. They never did. Can you help with this.
