I recently moved into a new apartment and have not been given a mail key for the entire time I've been at the residence, about 1.5 months. It is noted in the lease that I will receive 2 mail keys. The mailbox has apparently been getting rekeyed, but the timeline for this has been constantly getting pushed out and I haven't been able to get in contact with the landlord's office to get information on the status of this repair. In the meantime, no additional method has been created to grant me (or other tenants) access to mail, to my knowledge. Is this in violation of postal code? Do I have any recourse?
