R&H, my window was destroyed during a hail storm around the summer. My HOA has been waiting on an insurance claim to go through to fix my window since. I have repeatedly asked for updates on the status but they have ignored my emails and I can not get ahold of them through phone calls. My concerns have risen due to security issues. My car was broken into right in the parking lot in front of my condo. Is it possible to get more pressure on them through R&H? Thank you.
