question iconPolicy was that HOA paid for deck repair of structural elements. They recently changed to no deck repair (policy change made without required notice). HOA was advised by their counsel that repairs to structural elements is required by governing docs when element supports a roof. HOA believes my repair did not affect a structural element supporting the roof. I can send picture of deck and repair to your email (some say the repair does affect a structural element support the roof),

We can help you. We represent homeowners who have issues with their HOAs up and down the front range. If the HOA's own attorney sides with you then it seems we only need to show you are serious to force the HOA to comply with its obligations to you. The best way to get started is to schedule a case assessment 24/7 by calling 303-688-0944 or online at https://calendly.com/case-assessment/case-assessment. At your appointment, we'll meet by phone or video (Zoom), we'll discuss your HOA, concerns, desired results, rights, remedies, the law, the process, timeline, how we can help, costs, etc.
