The property is in Fort Collins. The basement has a separate entrance, full bath, and full kitchen so I’d like to explore renting it out. It is zoned MMN. However, the HOA says I can only rent out the entirety of the property. I am not allowed to just rent out a small portion of the property. How can I fight this?
