I am divorced, and have two children with my ex-wife. They moved to Wisconsin, and there is a court date scheduled concerning child support. I am also a disabled Veteran, and have a fiduciary appointed over me. I have tried to get legal representation in both Colorado and Wisconsin, but have been turned away and told they cannot help me or represent me because I have a fiduciary. Can someone please explain why? Also- I have been unable to get in contact with my fiduciary for years now. I only receive one letter each month, never any responses to phone calls or emails. What can I do to get a lawyer/potentially fight having a fiduciary?
