Unfortunately, most Judges work very hard to avoid issuing an eviction order. Thus, you have to ensure that you have followed the process precisely. Most landlords do not want to have to live through the process more than once! We have a team at R&H whose focus is to support landlords in ensure that any eviction we file is ultimately granted. I recommend that you speak with our eviction team prior to proceeding. You can schedule a case assessment 24/7 by calling 303-688-0944 or online at https://calendly.com/case-assessment/case-assessment. At your appointment, we'll meet by phone or video (Zoom).
