question iconI received a collection letter from attorneys office reguarding e470 tolls. I never received a bill or statement from them. Then on 3/19/20-19 charges from 3/19 tp jan 16 we billed to me. The only proff sent to me was a log of tolls and all were posted on the same date of 3/19/2019. Do ii owe this. I have no idea 5 years later if any of these are valid tolls.

It seems that E-470 has sent this matter to collections. The issue will be can they prove that you do owe the tolls and can you disprove this. At this point you cannot ignore the demands or the collections attorney will ultimately obtain a judgment and garnish your accounts and/or wages to satisfy the judgment. I recommend contacting our defense attorneys at 303-688-0944 or scheduling a case assessment online at robandhen.wpengine.com/location. At your appointment we'll discuss the claims, defenses, burden of proof, the law, the process, your rights, remedies, how we can help, costs, etc.
