Dental Treatment

My two years old son had a terrible dental surgery …Almost 2 months after his surgery my son still refuses to eat soup even ice cream.. Every his smile I experience pain and guilty because his beautiful natural smile had gone with no reason and he smiles like my deceased grandfather.
I can’t take over this, I tried to forgive but can’t
What can we do?

I’m very sorry to hear about your son’s experience. Due to the confidential nature and detail presented in your question, we have redacted a large portion of the text.

It seems at bare minimum you were not consulted on the dental plan and your son’s scope of treatment far exceeded the approval. It is critical to speak with an attorney, so you can learn your options.

Any claims you have can be barred by the passage of time, so again, it is critical that you speak with a lawyer as soon as possible.
