Hail damage occurred the day after we looked at the townhouse, we were told it wasnt bad, there was no mention that the hoa re file a claim. 40 days or so after we signed we got a 5 g bill for insurance claim we were not a part of I was told by the hoa company doorman to hold off while they look for previous owner and are now seeking legal action for the 5g plus intrest and legal fees
