It’s possible, but without more information regarding the divorce and the ruling or settlement there is no way to know. The court may have ruled, or you and your ex-husband may have agreed to a division of the business. Depending on what happened, you may own a percentage of the business, you may be able to go back to court for a modification of the ruling/separation agreement, or you may not have any options at this point. The separation agreement will likely hold the answer to your question.
