question iconI am a Landlord in Colorado. I have a tenant in Brighton that has a 2 year lease expiring on March 31st. The tenant has been consistently late with rent, lies all the time about when rent will be paid and I have had enough of it!! The lease has a fixed expiration date and no right of renewal. What process do I need to follow to let them know that I will not be renewing the lease? Thanks

If your lease designates a specific end date and does not otherwise require notice then the lease itself serves as the notice, i.e. no additional notice is required to terminate the lease.
