Hi. There isn’t a specific distance but there is a requirement that the child not be relocated to a geographic location that fundamentally changes the parenting plan. Basically, if it makes it significantly harder to exercise your parenting time, then you can suggest that she has unreasonably relocated the minor child and that the parenting plan need change such that you are primary and she has to manage transportation to and from her time with you.
