We won a default judgement against ex step sister in probate court. We were granted “Will, deed,personal property, tangible funds and surcharge” Will and deed have Been resolved. I have filed a replevin case, for the personal property. We had a show cause hearing,and I was allowed to inventory the storage unit, but not much left of our personal property. Next hearing in October. I want to file for a writ of bank account garnishment, can I combine the losses on this writ?
