I went to my hearing for eviction. The plaintiff had an attorney at the hearing but I have found out that the attorney he had did not file her appearance with the court. So does this mean anything that happened in the hearing is voided out since she was representing to he plaintiff before the court without filing her appearance first?

In a Colorado eviction cases, an attorney is allowed to enter their appearance at the hearing itself, which means they are not required to provide advance notice to the other party. Therefore, the attorney representing the plaintiff during the hearing appears to have acted in accordance with Colorado law, and the hearing outcome would not be voided simply because the attorney did not file their appearance before the hearing.
