Although legal in El Paso county in Colorado springs to have a goat it states it must be disbudded. Which means no horns my goat was disbudded he is fixed and fits all the other requirements but all goats grocers back and his curs appear like horns. he is almost 7 years old and they are requiring that I have him dehorned which is extremely painful and dangerous to the animal I want to fight for his rights to keep them and keep myself from being fined or having him taken away.
