All too often, children are used as pawns by their parents in contentious custody battles. To protect their best interests, the courts want a complete understanding of the situation.

In this case, a mother sought our help after her ex refused to return their child or let her know of the child’s whereabouts. We gathered the necessary evidence for the courts to demonstrate the extent of the father’s negligent behavior.

The court was distressed by the father’s actions. As a result, our client was granted sole decision-making responsibilities for her child. While the father was still permitted to visit his child, all visits had to be supervised.
