Negotiated a More Favorable Severance Agreement for Client

A former healthcare executive lost their job and sought our help to ensure the severance package offered to them was on the up and up.

In this case, the employer offered a separation agreement as long as our client agreed to release any claims against the employer.

Our Employment Law Team reviewed and analyzed the proposed agreement. Given the background of the job loss and the claims the client would release under the agreement, we entered into negotiations with the former employer.
