Our Highlands Ranch Family Law team is expanding in an exciting new direction. We’re adding Civil Litigation Attorneys who will handle real estate, business, and HOA disputes while also taking on family law cases within our established practice. This hybrid opportunity is a first for our firm and we’re eager to bring on talented litigators who want variety in their caseload and the resources of Colorado’s 11th-largest law firm behind them.

What You’ll Do
Represent clients in both civil litigation (real estate, business, HOA) and family law matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in a wide range of cases.
Appear in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements and provide clients with strategic guidance.
Collaborate with a team of talented attorneys and paralegals.
Build a well-rounded practice with the opportunity to develop expertise in multiple areas of law.

Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of civil litigation or family law experience (both preferred, but not required).
Courtroom and trial experience strongly preferred.
An attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
A problem-solver who wants to grow a diverse practice and help clients through life’s toughest challenges.
What We Offer
Base Salary:
$175,000 – $250,000
Bonuses:
Quarterly performance, origination, and hours-based bonuses.
