About the Opportunity

Our Firm has an expanding Probate Division designed for seasoned attorneys who want strong case ownership with flexibility built in. As one of Colorado’s 11th-largest law firms, our attorneys earn high pay while maintaining realistic caseloads and a healthy work-life balance within small, collaborative teams. This hybrid role is ideal for experienced litigators who value in-person collaboration when it matters, while still having the ability to work remotely part of the week.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients exclusively in probate and trust administration, will contests, guardianship/conservatorship matters, and estate-related litigation

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other complex probate court filings

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating emotionally charged probate disputes

  • Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution

  • Collaborate with team members and guide junior colleagues to efficiently move probate cases forward

What We Offer

  • Competitive Base Compensation: $310,000 base salary for Partner & Team Lead level.

  • Performance Bonuses: Earn substantial quarterly performance, hours-based, origination, and leadership bonuses.

  • Healthcare & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans.

  • Retirement Options: 401(k) plan options with company match for long-term financial planning.

  • Professional Development: Bar dues, CLE costs, and attorney-related expenses fully covered.

  • Workplace Flexibility: True hybrid flexibility—no taking calls on vacation or working from your dining table.

  • Firm Support: Complete IT, marketing, and intake backend—be part of a team, never a team of one.

Who Thrives Here

Probate litigators with 10+ years of dedicated probate experience who want autonomy, work-life respect, and the backing of a firm that rewards leadership. You are in good standing with the Colorado Bar, have proven courtroom and hearing experience in contested probate matters, and possess a steady, client-first mindset with high emotional intelligence.
