Position Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Location: Denver, CO
Job Date Posted: October 1, 2026
Robinson & Henry, P.C. is seeking an experienced and highly capable Probate Litigation Paralegal to join our Denver team. If you are a "fire and forget" paralegal—someone who can manage a heavy, contested probate docket with confidence, precision, and minimal supervision—this is the opportunity for you. You will support a dynamic litigation-forward probate practice and play a key role in advocating for clients through high-stakes estate and trust disputes.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position for a true professional who thrives in a court-focused, contentious litigation environment. You’ll join a busy, supportive team of attorneys and legal support staff who handle complex breach of fiduciary duty claims, trust contests, undue influence litigation, and contested conservatorships/guardianships. As one of Colorado’s largest and fastest-growing full-service law firms, Robinson & Henry offers the deep resources of a large firm paired with the collegial atmosphere of a close-knit team. If you are ready to take full ownership of your caseload, stay trial-ready, and excel under pressure, this role is built for you.

Client & Court Communication: Serve as a primary contact for clients, expert witnesses, court clerks, fiduciary officers, and opposing counsel during high-conflict proceedings.
Collaborative Support: Partner closely with litigators to execute case strategies efficiently from initial petition through final decree or settlement.
Experience: 3+ years of litigation experience is required, with strong preference given to candidates with deep expertise in Colorado probate litigation, estate/trust disputes, and fiduciary matters.
Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Colorado Probate Code (Title 15), the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP), and local Denver Metro court procedures.
Drive & Autonomy: A self-motivated professional who can work independently, manage shifting trial schedules, and take full ownership of a fast-paced docket.
Core Skills: Exceptional drafting capabilities, sharp evidence organization, keen attention to detail, strong time management, and empathetic yet firm communication skills.
Competitive Compensation: $52.91 – $57.69 per hour, plus annual bonuses up to approximately $11,000.

Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holiday schedule.
Supportive Environment: A collaborative, team-oriented culture that values your technical expertise, autonomy, and professional contribution.
Independent, litigation-savvy paralegals who take pride in executing high-level work without needing constant hand-holding. If you possess a sharp analytical mind, thrive in a court-centered environment, and want to work at a firm that makes a meaningful difference for clients during complex family and financial disputes, you will fit right in.
