Robinson & Henry, P.C. is seeking an experienced, high-performing Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

If you’re a "fire and forget" paralegal — someone who can manage a diverse caseload with confidence, precision, and minimal supervision, while seamlessly handling initial client consults — this is the opportunity for you. You’ll support a busy litigation practice with a strong focus on Landlord/Tenant disputes, serving as both a core technical paralegal and a key brand ambassador for our team.

Application Deadline: September 15, 2026

About the Role

You will join a dynamic civil litigation team supporting multiple attorneys. In this role, you will split your expertise between high-level paralegal case management and conducting strategic initial client consults. We need someone articulate and persuasive who can assess client needs, communicate our firm's value, and build immediate trust with prospective clients in Landlord/Tenant and general litigation matters.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position for a true professional who thrives on autonomy, client engagement, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Case Management: Independently manage an active caseload of Landlord/Tenant and general civil litigation files from initial retention through resolution.

  • Client Consults & Intake: Lead initial prospective client consultations, effectively presenting our firm's capabilities and converting prospective clients into retained matters.

  • Drafting & Filings: Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and lease/notice documents with precision. Proficiently handle e-filings via ICCES and County/District Courts.

  • Attorney Support: Partner closely with multiple attorneys to manage competing court deadlines, organize hearings/trial materials, and drive cases forward efficiently.

  • Client & Court Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of Paralegal experience. Direct experience in Colorado Landlord/Tenant Law is strictly required.

  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP), local county court rules, litigation procedures, and ICCES e-filing systems.

  • Multi-Attorney Support: Proven ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Consultative Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with clients and communicate the value of our legal services.

  • Autonomy: Strong writing skills and a self-motivated work ethic that allows you to work independently with minimal oversight.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $52.91 – $57.69 Hourly (commensurate with experience)

  • Bonus Potential: Up to approximately $11,000 annually based on performance and intake/productivity metrics.

Benefits Include:

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options.

  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with generous employer match.

  • Paid Time Off: Paid time off (PTO), paid sick leave, and paid firm holidays.

  • Work-Life Balance: Predictable full-time, Monday–Friday schedule in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
