Represent landlords and property managers in eviction proceedings and related disputes
Draft notices, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Conduct court appearances, mediations, and hearings that are frequent and fast-moving
Advise clients on lease enforcement, habitability, and property code compliance
Manage a high-volume caseload using firm-established systems and templates
Handle tenant-side disputes
Chase down clients or bill for every tenth of an hour
Work around the clock. Our systems are efficient so your time is respected
Do your own admin work. We’ve got excellent staff and resources for that
1+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally in real estate, housing, or landlord/tenant law
Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing
Confident in court with frequent appearance experience
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented, and responsive
Base Salary: $150,000 – $225,000+ depending on experience and leadership
Quarterly Bonuses: Origination, performance, and exceeding hour benchmarks
