Join our Landlord/Tenant division and work with a high-volume, systems-driven team focused on results and not burnout. You'll advocate for landlords and property managers in a variety of housing disputes, with a core emphasis on residential and commercial evictions.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent landlords and property managers in eviction proceedings and related disputes

  • Draft notices, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Conduct court appearances, mediations, and hearings that are frequent and fast-moving

  • Advise clients on lease enforcement, habitability, and property code compliance

  • Manage a high-volume caseload using firm-established systems and templates


What You Won’t Have to Do

  • Handle tenant-side disputes

  • Chase down clients or bill for every tenth of an hour

  • Work around the clock. Our systems are efficient so your time is respected

  • Do your own admin work. We’ve got excellent staff and resources for that


Who We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally in real estate, housing, or landlord/tenant law

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing

  • Confident in court with frequent appearance experience

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and responsive


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $225,000+ depending on experience and leadership

  • Quarterly Bonuses: Origination, performance, and exceeding hour benchmarks
