$250,000 = Partner
$45,000+ in potential bonus on top of base salary

What You’ll Do:
Own a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, high-asset dissolutions)
Lead hearings, mediations, and complex litigation strategy
Build strong client relationships with full paralegal + intake support
