Compensation:
$25,000 sign on bonus if you start before February 14, 2026!
$175,000 = Associate Attorney
$225,000 = Senior Associate Attorney
$250,000 = Partner
$45,000 in potential bonus on top of base salary

What You’ll Do:
Manage a healthy caseload with support
Litigate — hearings, mediation, motions, contested trials
Build reputation and referral relationships locally (firm-supported)
Option to mentor / grow into leadership as the office expands
