Compensation:

  • $25,000 sign on bonus if you start before February 14, 2026!

  • $175,000 = Associate Attorney

  • $225,000 = Senior Associate Attorney

  • $250,000 = Partner

  • $45,000 in potential bonus on top of base salary

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a healthy caseload with support

  • Litigate — hearings, mediation, motions, contested trials

  • Build reputation and referral relationships locally (firm-supported)

  • Option to mentor / grow into leadership as the office expands
