  • $195,000 Base Salary = Associate Attorney

  • $250,000 Base Salary = Senior Associate Attorney

  • $280,000 Base Salary = Partner

  • Up to $45,000 in performance-based bonuses on top of base salary

About the Opportunity

Our Colorado Springs office is a growing family law team designed for attorneys who want strong case ownership with flexibility built in. This hybrid role is ideal for litigators who value in-person collaboration when it matters, while still having the ability to work remotely part of the week.

You’ll step into a steady flow of family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, intake, and firm infrastructure—so your time stays focused on advocacy, strategy, and client results.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters)

  • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters

  • Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution

  • Build strong client relationships with full paralegal and intake support

  • Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required)
