We are hiring for our Downtown Denver and Downtown Colorado Springs offices, with potential placement in Castle Rock.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a varied civil litigation caseload focusing on

real estate, HOA disputes, business litigation, and employment matters.

  • Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and contested proceedings.

  • Develop and execute litigation strategy from initial case intake through discovery, motion practice, and resolution.

  • Maintain strong client relationships backed by full paralegal and intake support.

  • Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required).

What We Offer

  • Competitive Base Compensation: High base salary tiered by role level ($195,000–$280,000).

  • Manageable Billable Requirement: 1,625 annual billable hour requirement designed to promote balance while offering substantial earnings potential.

  • Performance Bonuses: Aggressive, uncapped bonus structure giving you the opportunity to earn significantly beyond base compensation.

  • Healthcare & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.

  • Paid Time Off: Unlimited PTO and paid holidays (subject to billable hour requirements) along with applicable paid sick leave.

  • Professional Development: CLE budget and state bar dues fully covered.

  • Career Growth: Clear path to advancement and Partner consideration.

  • Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid work schedule.

  • Firm Support: Strong internal marketing and consistent case flow —

    no book of business required.
