Compensation:
$150,000 = Partner Base Salary
Up to $50,000 in on-track performance bonuses (paid quarterly)
$200,000 = Total OTE (On-Target Earnings) potential

Practice Leadership: Drive the strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department firm-wide.
Caseload Management: Independently manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from inception to conclusion.
Client Advocacy: Conduct thorough client intakes, assess complex financial situations, and maintain compassionate, empathetic client communication.
Court & Creditor Representation: Proficiently represent clients at 341 meetings and handle bankruptcy adversary proceedings (litigation and settlement negotiations).
Team Collaboration: Manage and lead a dedicated team of bankruptcy professionals and paralegals.
