  • Up to $50,000 in on-track performance bonuses (paid quarterly)

About the Opportunity:

Robinson & Henry, P.C. is seeking a visionary Bankruptcy Partner to seize the reins of our rapidly expanding practice. This hybrid role is designed for a strategic, results-driven leader who wants to transform a robust department into a powerhouse of bankruptcy expertise.

You’ll have the autonomy to innovate, the resources to excel, and the full backing of a leading Colorado firm’s infrastructure—including a dedicated marketing engine, sales center, and account team. What You’ll Do:

  • Practice Leadership: Drive the strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department firm-wide.

  • Caseload Management: Independently manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from inception to conclusion.

  • Client Advocacy: Conduct thorough client intakes, assess complex financial situations, and maintain compassionate, empathetic client communication.

  • Court & Creditor Representation: Proficiently represent clients at 341 meetings and handle bankruptcy adversary proceedings (litigation and settlement negotiations).

  • Team Collaboration: Manage and lead a dedicated team of bankruptcy professionals and paralegals.
