Before joining R&H, Tess worked with a Colorado estate planning firm, assisting attorneys with research, document preparation, and case management of complex matters involving property titles, deeds, and issues related to mineral and water rights. She continues to broaden her legal professional scope through her dedicated service in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps of the U.S. Army Reserves.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Tess was a licensed real estate agent who facilitated hundreds of property sales. This experience gives her comprehensive insight into the legalities of property transfers for investors, small business owners, and homeowners alike.
