She collaborated closely with in-house counsel and co-counsel to develop defense strategies, manage discovery, take depositions, and prepare cases for trial. Earlier in her career, Rae worked in corporate and regulatory roles—first as Assistant Corporate Counsel and later as a Senior Associate—where she gained valuable experience in compliance, risk assessment, and federal securities regulations.
