Matthew Patton is a seasoned trial attorney who oversees one of Robinson & Henry’s Family Law Teams.
Matthew has been in private practice for more than a decade, serving as the primary attorney responsible for key decisions in complex family law litigation and criminal defense trials. Before that, he gained invaluable experience as District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District, where he prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases and participated in hundreds of trials and motions hearings. These credentials, coupled with the perspective he gained working as a Division Clerk for Douglas County Court and Deputy Sheriff of the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, have given him insight into nearly every aspect of the legal system.
