Lindsay Obert is an experienced litigator with Robinson & Henry’s Civil Litigation practice. She has been in private practice since 2010 and is committed to helping clients resolve their civil litigation and real estate matters.
In her previous role, Lindsay handled cases for a diverse clientele, from large government entities to individual residential landlords. She assists clients facing unique challenges related to their properties and has experience with matters concerning titles, lot lines, and easements for mountain and historic properties.

Protected leasehold rights – Successfully obtained summary judgment for tenant in non-disclosure lawsuit over commercial parking lot
