Robinson & Henry, P.C. is a full-service law firm with locations along Colorado’s Front Range. Our firm is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team, providing advanced support to key accounting areas including billing, AP, AR, GL, and trust accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Download and enter transactional data to the accounting data processing system.

  • Upload daily payment files and decision suspect positive-pay activity in treasury platform.

  • Maintain responsibility for monthly bank account and credit card reconciliation processes.

  • Prepare annual personal property tax reports and track fixed assets

  • Update and maintain vendor database to include annual 1099 reporting.

  • Support process improvement efforts by reviewing workflows and drafting process documentation.

  • Support other team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve firm objectives.

  • Additional projects may be assigned by upper-management depending on the needs of the Accounting team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

  • 3+ years of operational accounting experience.

  • Working knowledge of law firm trust accounting a plus.

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced proficiency with Excel.

  • Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Robinson & Henry is an in-office firm; all positions are fully on-site.
