Senior Family Law Paralegal

Robinson & Henry, P.C. is seeking an experienced and highly capable Family Law Paralegal to join our Denver team (Hampden & I-25). If you’re a “fire and forget” paralegal, someone who can manage a high-volume caseload with confidence, precision, and minimal supervision, then this is the opportunity for you. You’ll support a well-established family law team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client results.

About the Role

You’ll join a busy team of four attorneys (one Partner, two Senior Associates, one Associate) and one other Paralegal, collectively managing around 140 active cases. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position for a true professional who values autonomy and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage 60+ active family law cases with minimal oversight

• Draft and file pleadings, disclosures, and discovery

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

• Organize cases for mediation and hearings

• Maintain accurate case records and meet all deadlines

• Collaborate closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Colorado family law experience required

• Strong knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules

• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a busy practice

• Excellent drafting, organization, and communication skills

• Self-motivated professional who can work independently and manage priorities

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $49.55 – $54.75 per hour (depending on experience)

Bonuses: Up to approximately $11,000 annually
